To facilitate attendees' participation, the organizing committee has reached agreements with the Crowne Plaza Chengdu West and the Holiday Inn Chengdu High-Tech Center to provide quality accommodation for conference participants.

l  Crowne Plaza Chengdu West offers a special rate of 500 RMB per room per night including one breakfast, or 550 RMB per room per night including two breakfasts.

l  Holiday Inn Chengdu High-Tech Center offers a special rate of 370 RMB per room per night including one breakfast, or 420 RMB per room per night including two breakfasts.

Address: No. 1-1, Xixin Avenue, Chengdu. The Holiday Inn is located in the same building as the conference venue, the Crowne Plaza Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone.

Important Notes:

l  The discounted rates are only available for bookings made through the above link or QR codes for a 4-night stay from September 2 (check-in) to September 6 (check-out). Bookings made through other methods or for other dates will not qualify for the discount.

l  Please use Pinyin/English for the name when booking (e.g., Zhang San for 张三).

l  Discounted rooms are limited. Please book as early as possible. If rooms are fully booked, attendees may contact the hotel (Ms. Guo / 13678037442) or make their own arrangements at nearby hotels.

l  Cancellation policy: Free cancellation is available before 18:00 on August 24. Cancellations after this time will incur a charge for the first night’s stay. For details, refer to the cancellation policy. If your plans change, please cancel your reservation promptly.
